The Heard County Winter Guard competed in their second competition this weekend, scoring a 73.78 and placing fourth. They will take their show, "Here We Are," to one more competition and championships this season.

Congratulations to Wyatt Barnard on his selection to GMEA District VII Honor Band. Wyatt was selected for the group after a demanding audition process in December. Wyatt is a 10th grade trombonist at Heard High School. Way to go Wyatt and Go Braves!

A great way to cap off the competitive season! Class A Champs at Old South!! All Superior Band ratings (all season!), Color Guard and Percussion victories as well! Drum Major brought home third in his caption. The seniors are leaving a great legacy for their band. With Pride!
